WhatsApp bridge removed

Context

Both runtimes carried a WhatsApp bridge; Telegram was already the primary human channel.

Decision

Retire WhatsApp entirely; Telegram-only for human I/O. Removal archived simultaneously on both sides (archive dirs timestamped 20260427-105206) and noted in ARCHITECTURE.md ("WhatsApp retired 2026-04-27").

Rollback

Restore from the two archive dirs; hermes still ships whatsapp/whatsapp-cloud CLI subcommands if ever re-enabled.
