Outputs land in ~/.hermes/document_cache/ and ~/.hermes/state/arxiv-* files; implementation proposals route to ~/.hermes/state/arxiv-proposal-queue.json. High-impact actions from a scan require explicit approval. Keep the job script-backed, bounded by category/date, and guarded against external-content drift.
