Observed 2026-09-08: OpenClaw reused Hermes's unchanged runtime and mesh-v2 JSON for a fresh output at /Users/dwayne/.openclaw/workspace/artifacts/archify-integration/agent-mesh.html. Delivery passes 9/9 showcase checks with zero errors/warnings; browser checks pass at four desktop sizes; 22 targeted upstream tests pass. OpenClaw inspected light/dark screenshots at both endpoint sizes: no visible clipping/overlap; laptop context labels remain small. This is a rerender of the earlier audit, not a new live-health audit. Observed 2026-09-08: Thin OpenClaw wrapper proposal archify-diagrams-20260908-9456edafcb v2 is pending activation approval; it is not installed/discoverable yet. Hermes completed a read-only independent review through the existing local MindRoom Hermes executor; no runtime/config/security changes were made. No matching Archify Kanban task was found, so OpenClaw thread cd6ee682-0d9d-4501-b0e1-9e2f5dfa4390 remains the task record, owned by OpenClaw main. Next: approve the proposal and verify discovery. Observed 2026-09-08: Hermes uses the existing archify-diagram-generation skill with a persistent runtime checkout at /Users/dwayne/Projects/archify/archify. Source: https://github.com/tt-a1i/archify, revision 2ead014aa8ec91f104cd052f1a6ca82de5e26c31. The skill points to this path and disables the optional update check. No other agent profiles were changed.

Observed 2026-09-08: Node v22.22.3 passes Archify doctor and CLI syntax validation. The sample web app passes all nine showcase delivery checks with zero errors and warnings. Browser containment and readability pass at 1440x900, 1600x1000, 1920x1080, and 2048x1320. The dark 1440x900 screenshot was visually inspected with no clipped diagram content. Seventeen targeted upstream metadata and browser-check tests pass.
