Gateway + Ollama simultaneous recovery: bootstrap gateway then brew install Ollama

When health-check shows both ai.hermes.gateway down AND Ollama endpoint (11434) unavailable:

1. Bootstrap gateway plist then kickstart it
2. Brew install ollama if missing
3. Kickstart ollama service
4. Verify both endpoints Do NOT touch plist or config, the plist is valid; the issue is external SIGTERM or brew uninstall. On Aug 8 2026 both were found dead; plist was valid; recovery required brew install ollama 0.32.6 + bootstrap/kickstart.
